Apple Country RV Resort is a family owned and operated RV resort, established in 2024. We are native to Ellijay, several generations born and raised here. This is home. We purchased our property in 2013 with the idea of doing something bigger with it in the future. Meanwhile our beautiful hometown had grown into a large tourist destination. The wheels got to turning in our minds, and after a lot of thinking the idea of our Resort was born. We wanted to bring a little part of our love for camping and the outdoors to our town.
Building this Resort would be an opportunity to draw revenue to our locally owned businesses, and support our small town community, as well as provide you and your family an opportunity to enjoy this lovely place we call home. This idea came with countless hours of cleanup, grading, planning, pouring concrete, building walls, paving roads, planting sod, installing power, water and sewer hook-ups, long hard days, late nights and... blood, sweat and tears. As a family we stuck it out through the hardest days, and in mid 2023 we broke ground on our dream. We are so excited to welcome you to our beautiful Resort, and share a little of that dream with you!
