Thank you for choosing APPLE COUNTRY RV RESORT (ACRV)

Resort policy is set forth to ensure the safety & enjoyment of all guest & will be enforced

Policies & rates are subject to change at any time without notice. There is a processing fee for all card transactions.

There will be a $150 power allowance for stays 22 nights and over, for usage beyond the allowance the card on file will be charged

Violation of this policy will result in termination of violator’s stay without refund

Managements decision in all disputes is final

The basics:

Check in is from 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm

After hours check in must be pre-approved by management 

No check ins are allowed after 9:00 pm

Check out is 11:00 am

Reserved sites will be held until 11:00 am on the day after your scheduled check in 

(If you have not arrived by then you will be responsible for the full amount of the stay with no refund & your site will become available for booking by another guest) 

You must contact management for any changes to your reservation via email (applecountryrvresort@gmail.com)

It is your responsibility to contact management to ensure changes to your reservation have been made & you have received confirmation email of such changes

We have a zero cancellation policy for major holiday bookings   

Stays of 2 nights (minimum) must be paid in full at the time of reservation

Stays of 3 nights or more require a deposit of 50% of the total reservation.
All refunds must be approved by management
(if a refund is issued it will be by credit/debit card or check)
Once a guest arrives on site changes cannot be made
No refunds will be given due to weather, early departures or removals from property for violating resort policies
To avoid a cancellation fee we offer the option to change your reservation date (if date is available)
Cancellations made 8 days or more prior to arrival will incur a $25.00 cancellation fee
Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival will not be refunded
If a situation arises on our end that forces us to cancel your reservation & we cannot move you to another site you will be refunded in full

For the safety of all guest speed limit throughout the resort is 5 MPH 

Please drive safely, watch for pedestrians & playing children

The speed limit is strictly enforsed & anyone in violation will be removed without refund 

Quiet time is 10:00 pm - 8:00 am (Generators are prohibited)

Packages & deliveries to the resort are not allowed

(we are conveiniently located close to the local post office)

Rv's must be be insured, have current registration & be in good condition

All rv's must have full hook ups 

Rv's  over 10 years old must be pre-approved by management before making a reservation

(Reservation's made prior to approval will be cancelled without refund)      

Rv's must be level & properly supported 

ACRV guest are liable for any damages they cause to ACRV property

Please make sure you have disconnected all hookups before pulling off your site

ACRV has the right to charge your debit/credit card the cost of expenses incurred by the resort as a result of any damages incurred during your stay

Owner’s & employees of ACRV cannot be held liable for loss or injury for any reason

ACRV may refuse accommodation or visitors for any reason

Parents/grandparents/guardians children must be supervised at all times

You are responsible for your children please make sure they follow the rules

You will be held financially liable for any damages caused by your children

Children may not ride bikes etc. after dark

Improper conduct will result in immediate removal from property without refund

All guests are responsible for their visitors & any damages they cause

Each visitor must register at the office, pay a visitor fee & sign a waiver 

Visitors may not bring pets, use showers or laundry

ACRV is not liable for visitors vehicles or accidents occurring at the resort

Visitors must leave the resort by 10:00 pm

Smoking & vaping are only allowed at your own site

You must properly dispose cigarette butts, do not leave cigarette butts on the ground failure to comply will result in a $10 fine per occurrence

ACRV has zero tolerance for violence, obscene language & excessive alcohol consumption

Possession of weapons of any kind or illegal drugs is strictly prohibited

Guest & visitors who behave in a manner that disrupts others will not be allowed to remain on the property

Maximum number of people allowed per site is six

You must keep your site clean at all times

Dumpsters are provided & trash pickup is offered

Rv water connection must be water tight

In cold weather season a heated hose is required & when temperatures are below freezing

water hoses must be disconnected

Rv sewer hookups must have sewer rings or elbows to prevent spills & backup

Should a spill occur a clean up charge will be imposed & charged to your debit/credit card

Permanent structures of any kind on your site is prohibited

Rv’s & vehicles may not be washed or repaired on property without advanced approval from management

Due to disease & infestation only burn wood purchased on the property

Campfires must be kept in the fire pit at your site, never left unattended & fully extinguished before leaving

Fireworks are prohibited

Please be respectful of your neighbors, stay on your own site

Obscene or offensive flags, stickers, etc. are not allowed

Two vehicles are included per site, must have valid license & registration & visible parking pass

Additional parking/trailer parking may be accommodated for additional fee

ACRV is not liable for theft or damage to vehicles, equipment or personal items on resort property

Do not park on the grass

A maximum of 2 household pets (cats & dogs ) per site no other animals of any kind allowed

All pets & their vaccination records must be registered with management

All pets must have a collar with owner name & phone number

All pets must be leased at all times except when inside dog park

Pets shall not be left unattended at any time

Owner must pick up all animal excrement immediately failure to do so will result in a $20 charge per occurrence

No dangerous, aggressive or constantly barking pets will be allowed

Pets are not allowed into any buildings or amenity areas

ACRV shall not be liable to any guests or visitors for any damage or injury to persons or property caused by a pet

ACRV reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove any pet from the property for any reason at any time

Failure to comply with pet policy will result in guest immediate removal from property with no refund

Amenities:

Pool is open approximately mid May - mid September 

Pool hours are 8:00 am -  10:00 pm   

No lifeguard on duty - swim at your own risk -ACRV cannot be held liable for death or injury

Shower before entering pool

Infants & toddlers must always wear waterproof diapers or swim trunks 

Restroom with diaper changing table is adjacent to pool, please use it & not the pool

No diving, rough play, running or screaming allowed   

No food or glass allowed in pool area

(tables are available for use in the common area adjacent to pool) 

Children under 14 & those who cannot swim must be accompanied by an adult 

Please clean up after yourself & throw away trash

Collect all personal belongings before leaving pool area

Management is not responsible for lost or stolen items

Laundry is available on site - the use of clothes lines or hanging clothes outside is prohibited 

Use at your own risk - remove clothes promptly 

Do not overload machines - discard lint & clean up after each use 

Take your supplies with you when finished

Use of dye's & washing or drying dog beds, rugs, or dog clothing is strictly prohibited 

Do not sit on machines or allow children to play with laundry cart

Showers -Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult

Make sure all water & lights are turned off before leaving

Clean up after yourself & collect all belongings before leaving 

Management is not responsible for lost or stolen items

Playground - play at your own risk - ACRV cannot be held liable for injury 

All children must be accompanied by an adult 

Unruly behavior - rough housing- bullying - etc. will not be tolerated

No pets allowed 

Anyone violating the rules will be removed & will not be allowed re-entry 

Pavillion/Grills/Common area  - use at your own risk - ACRV cannot be held liable for injury

Do not leave grills unattended - make sure propane is turned off & is fire completely extinguished before leaving 

Clean grills - pavillion - common area after use, dispose of all garbage & food   

Observe quiet time in common area 

Dog park - use at your own risk -ACRV cannot be held liable for injury to pets or guests 

Gate must remain closed at all times - no children allowed without adult

Pets cannot be left unattended - you are responsible for the behavior of your pet

(bad or agressive behavior will not be tolerated & will result in immediate removal from the property without refund)

Dog wash - children are not allowed without an adult

Make sure water & lights are turned off when leaving

Clean up after yourself & take your belongings 

ACRV is not responsible for lost or stolen items
